Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team via the SwitchBot app or website with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the device in its original packaging with all included accessories and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
